Replacement of Defective/Damaged Products

As all our products are customized according to the personalisation requests of the customers, we can’t provide a return facility to the customers. However, in case the delivered product is found defective or damaged beyond repairs, we after proper inspection may decide to deliver the same product once again. Below are key points to report a product as damaged or defective in the absence of which, we shall not be bound to take your complaints further:

    1. Proper opening video without any cuts shot in one go.
    2. The defect or damage should be clearly visible in the video.
    3. Product in the video should not be the repacked one just for the purpose of making this video.
    4. While opening the video, prefer starting from capturing the tracking ID/Shipping label displayed on the package.

Minor customization differences shall not be considered as damage/defect.

    • Minor differences such as the size of the texts
    • Blurry images ( if shared by customers may result in prints looking blurred)

Order Cancellation by Customers

Considering the customized nature of the product, we are unable to provide refunds in case the customer wants to cancel after the product has been sent for processing. Our products involve customization. Once prepared for any customer, it can’t be used by any other customers.

Shipping Policy

We provide FREE DELIVERY (order value INR 1,999/- and above) to all our customers for delivering gifts within India . For orders worth less than 1,999/-, we have two different shipping methods described below: –

1. Safe Delivery (Advanced Care) – for products which are prone to damage and needs better packaging. Minimum shipping charges – INR 89/-   

2. Standard Delivery – All other orders which are not covered under Safe Delivery (Advanced Care) are covered under this method. Minimum shipping charges – Rs. 49/- 

Currently, we are operational within India only. It generally takes between 7 to 10 days to prepare and deliver the product customers’s address from the day the order is placed. In case any order placed after 6:30 PM, the estimated delivery days will be calculated from the next day. Customers are requested not to rely or act upon any fraudulent calls claiming themselves calling from any courier company. Such calls may asking about making additional payments to clear the parcel which they might be informing you as stuck due to any reason whatsoever.
